I'm planning on a low mileage A3 1.8T 150, but id like to know the tuning potential

Now, I intend for a astainless whole system, including downpipe. Carbon fibre induction kit, and an ECU remap.

I have seen a chip that pushes the little turbo upto 3 bar, giving 204bhp - is this a safe level? Superchips for example get about 185bhp. There is a 4 bar chip that takes it to 225bhp also - that must need lower engine work surely?

What bigger turbo options do I have, reducing stress slightly, and not requiring such a high pressure.

I dont like the description of this A3 section "The lower priced sibling of the a4..." Whos laughing now, when same aged A4's are on ebay for less than £3k for the 2.8 Quattro!! Besides, different car, different needs, I dont want a big saloon, if I did the A4 is cheap on second hand market.
