Swith Audi Concert to RNS-E (Audi A3 TDI 2012)
Hello,
I have a 2012 Audi A3 TDI equipped with the Audi Concert radio with 10 speakers, bluetooth, steering wheel commands, ... . I would like to change my radio for the OEM RNS-E Audi Nav Plus (8P0 035 193) system.
I have some questions.
1) Do I have to purchase a GPS antenna (or is it already installed on A3 2012 and the wire is not connected)?
2) Do I need to buy additional fitting connectors (or connectors of Audi Concert are 100% ready for the RSN-E ((for the steering wheel, GPS, bluetooth, 10 speakers, power ...))?
3) Does the steering wheel controls (bluetooth, volume, mode ...) will be compatible (or should I make VAG-COM programming)?
Do you have any advice? Is it easy to make it my myself.
Thank you,
Foursquare

Sorry, but what you want to do is not an easy process. To be blunt, if you really wanted the OEM Nav you should have purchased a car that came with it. It is not a "plug and play" with the Concert system. I recommend using a commercial GPS or smart phone.
