Weird issue with Wipers and washer motor
 

I have been through the forums and other people have had this problem, everybody has told them to replace relay 460 and that seems to not be the fix.

So the rear wiper will suddenly no longer work. Rear washer will not spray.

Front wipers work, but when I pull back to spray the washer motor will not spray- nor will the blades move as they should when you pull back.

The motor will not engage so its not a clogging issue. All the fuses are good.

So is it relay 460 or is it the switch in the column?
