?
LOL, best emotion ever for this thread.
RE: Well everyone I finally decided!!!!
One thing you don't hear much from VW is concerning ordering custom cars from the factory where as with Audi you can always order exactly what you want and they will build it for you. Hope your luck improves.

I should start more threads this one is getting popular
Anyway, I just heard from my dealership that they may not be able to secure the exact R32 I want, many are comming w/ the crappy factory navi (which i HATED in my A4) and the lady said she is not sure if she can get the united grey w/ out navi in the first shipment. I am kinda worried because where i live (seattle) during the 2004 release of the R32 I tried to get one w/ out pre-order and was not able too [>:].......dont laugh too hard, but I am going to go test drive an S-line A3 this weekend.......
Not laughing. Typical VW, they had such a problem getting GTI's last year when everyone wanted one, but only shipped a couple here and there to local dealers. I would imagine situation is a lot worse with the limited production R32's. ORIGINAL: cshecks

RE: Well everyone I finally decided!!!!
Audi does a good job building orders - I ordered my '07at the end April '06, and had the car the first week of July, including the factory roof rails. Two and a half months, and it went really fast. Havinga knowledgeable and experienced dealer helps a bunch.

On the having a good dealer, I'll add two points:
1) you can often low ball the Audi dealer MSRP price to so much much above inventory for either car on lot or custom order. Some VW dealers won't deal at all.
2) You can buy a service plan for the Audi A3 for $550 to cover the 15k, 25k, 35k, 45k service points. (5K service point is free, part of sale). With VW you pay from the get go, unless you buy some third party service plan they sell at dealer.
Cheers

Guys (I am using this loosely in your case chef… LA Metro Sexual !?!?!...), there are other types of forums available in case you need. I stay a day away from the forum and come back and see this… The shame, this should be in a VW forum… Wait a minute, this about VW! Never mind then, it fits.ORIGINAL: eltonsi

1) I found the opposite but then again different market I guess but VW was putting in tinted windows to make the deal and the guys would have almost flashed the GTI for me if I had gotten it!ORIGINAL: JohnS1

2) I believe Audi is shooting itself in the foot when BMW goes with full coverage and Audi says you pay for it. In the end, let’s not kid ourselves, included or not, you are paying for it one way or another!

Nice photo. Very familar looking car too.
Definitely tint the windows and getthe smoked side markers. I hate those bright orange things on the front.[:'(]
And, for the other thing, maybe I've lived in LA too long???
Cheers!
