I just lowered my Audi A3 sportback, with eibach springs a inch and a half and I’m wondering what the biggest wheel size I can run with out rubbing that fills the gap and width. Thanks!

 

My 2013 Sportback has the optional Sport Suspension. I worked out a tire/wheel package using a test wheel that is 18x9,+45,with a 255/35-18 tire. This tire has the same revs-per-mile/rolling diameter as the stock 225/40-18 tires. The sidewall pokes a bit front and rear,but the only contact has been at the rear where the outer sidewall rubs the fender liner if I slam over a speed bump faster than sensible.

The wheels that I ordered are 18x9,+44. They won't be here for about two months,but I will eventually post pictures.
