I live in an apt, so doing the oild change myself is difficult.
Where is a decent place to get an oil change, and how much should I expect to pay?
Also, would it be better if I get the oil and filter myself?

I'm assuming having the dealer do this is an expensive option. Although I do need to bring the car in to check the tires/alignment. Had my tires rotated after my last service and now they dont feel right at slow speeds. I'm probably going to Riverside, NJ based on some suggestions I've read.

 

How about a parking lot or a friends house? I used to change my oil at a park near my house because people in my neighborhood were being fined for working on thier cars in their driveways or garages (stupid homeowners association), never had any problems.
