funny that you should post this. Im right in the middle of removal of mine. Im guessing the original owner put it on at time of purchase. Anyway its starting to look like crap so Im taking it off. The only problem is the adhesive stays on the car so I just went to Walmart to get some adhesive remover.

Seems like everyone raves about them on the B7 forum on Audiworld.

interesting. I'm thinking about getting it if/when i repaint the bumper. it'd be a pity to get it painted then watch it get chipped up again. Is the stuff pretty much invisible? How does it effect the washing of your car? Do you still need to wax?

excellent. I think I might invest in it. Kindof pricey though, it'd cost me $240 to cover the bumper and the hood

saw it at the auto-show, they had it on a 911 turbo

the only thing i would be worried about is the adhiesave sticking, and how it lookes after a couple of years

Mine was a pain in the but to get off. It came off easier after my hood heated up a little. The only reason I took it off was because I had some little tears due to rocks. It looks good when new though.

Did it have any effect on your paint? ex: The adhesive could have had a 'reaction' with it or the sun going through the material the stuff is made of could have multiplied the speed of deterioration. Anything like that or is the paint complete sex?
