Hi guys newb here with a question. Is this Icelink install on a 2006 A4 with the Symphony 6 disc CD Changer head unit? If yes then which model Icelink did you get. Thanks in advance for the info.

The short answer is "yes". If you get the model that plugs into the headunit, you should be good.

keep in mind though, if the 6 disc changer is in the dash right, It'll continue to work once you install the ice link. If you have an in-trunk CD changed, Phatnoise or Sat radio, you'll need to create a special cable if you want to retain that functionality as well as use the ice link.

BAH.... Not sure about *this* install, but the same exact setup would work in the 06 as well. Take a look at http://forums.audiworld.com/audio/msgs/49890.phtml for more info on the custom cable you need to make if you want to keep your sat radio
