lol!!!!!!! I left town for a week, i had forgotten that i even posted that thread, of cousre its been photoshoped!!! nobody could be dumb enough to think it wasn't. hahaha! this is stupid lol, this is what happend, i dropped it just a little bit more than what it really is to see what it would look like, and then i uploaded the wrong pic from the my pics folder on my computer. you'd bend the fenders up!!! boy it looks like you guys picked up on that real quik. but thats why i said it wasnt chopped in my relpy, because i didnt know yet that i put the wrong pic on here. honest mistake. heres the thing though, a couple of you guys were sayin something about the wheels being chopped too, they aren't, i'll give you more pics of those if you want, one guy even reffered to me as a "poser" (lol skate dork), he also mentioned that he has an "AA" in video editing and that those werent my wheels. They are, mr AA. cant be skippin school dude. anyway didnt mean to stir up the hornets nest, i just wanted to see what you guys thought of the wheels and color (remember, thats what the thread was about in the first place) thanx for all the feed back guys. its nice to get a bunch of different opinions. ill see if i can find a current non chopped pic for you guys so you can see what it really looks like.

So...Did you chop your springs or not?

 

I love the color (my A4 has the same one and personally I think it's the best color for the B5), but I'm not in love with the wheels - I think they're a little too "pimping" for the A4 - they would look better on an A6 or A8.

yes h&rs are cut, had too to get the height i wanted, plus i dont race my sh*t around and beat it up, so this application works fine for me, havent had one problem yet.

 

dude you dont really need a new post to correct something that people said in another one and please reduce the size of your sig its like the size of a desktop background. Nice looking whip though I have never seen that color in person, and if that cut spring works for you then fine, but cutting springs is definitely not something you should do.

 

says who? who is the one that writes the book of what you should do and not do? dont you think that when cars were invented that someone just like you was saying "leave it stock, you shouldnt modify anything" now where are we...drags, rallys, touring, lowriders, A/V systems, remote start, 600+hp. if we all listened to people that say that sh*t, all of our cars would be exactly the same, just different colors.

 

cutting springs is not a mod.. its ruining the spring rate and the strength of a spring... you have an audi.. not an old hot rod
