if you're chipped, thats 200hp? 243/245 torque? I think you may run even till speed X, bmw's are not great for their top end (except the M5). Mosts beamers are set up with short gearing for quickest 0-60 while having low HP/TQ. A 330i has 225hp. A 330xi is a heavy pig. Go for it, worse that can happen is your ego will be slightly hurt.

325's aren't fast, you'd probably win against one of them, 330's are faster though... i think the bimmer would win in this case.
