if you've got the pc-16 chip then yes...maaaaybe high 13's, most likely low 14's tho. if just the regular ko4 giac program then, meh, 14.5ish???

You are either high, or you didn't read the entirepost.

Here's the mods again

but mods are
DV
GIAC chip
Borla Exhaust
Turbo Inlet Hose
Intercooler
KO4 Turbo upgrade
no im fine. and i read it all. you have a ko4, big whoop. you're not PC-16 so don't get all excited. your car is capable of a certain time. but what you will do at the track is in the area of 16 flat. don't beleive me. come back with your timeslips and we'll see who's right..

for the record. there have only been a handfull of people running ko4's into the 13s(high 13s at that) on this platform

For the record, its not my car. I respectfully disagree, we'll have to see what he runs.
Still not sure where your geting 16 from, with the mods and k04. I mean, cmon, stock times, on a modded car? Ok, maybe he doesnt drive well, and pulls low 15's, but 16????
If he's even a decent driver he should get in the 14's somewhere.
Here's a stock 1.8t http://www.dragtimes.com/Audi-A4-Timeslip-2755.html
He should beat the hell out of that.
So why do you think he cant get in to the 14's??? I'm not following your logic. Please explain.

With the mods on the car, my 89 year old grandma could break 16 in the car.
