Default 1.8t ideas?

Ok so I'm new to the forum, i finally had to join cuz i found myself looking at it all the time. I've had my 2000 black 1.8t for a little more than a year and im looking to invest some money in it. I've got silver tints on it (even tho i wanna get darker, black tints) and just put on a euro plate and chrome grilles, upper and lower. I've been debating on getting wheels, most likely 18s, and i dont want it to look ghetto. I think i've decided on some hyper silver b7 RS4 replicas. I don't know alot about wheels so I'm basically looking for general feedback on whether these wheels would fit my car? should i get it lowered (possibly the eibach pro kit)? would the wheels look good with the black paint? like i said, im tryin to keep it looking clean, and dont have a ton of money to spend. any suggestions and ideas are welcome. thanks

go engine mods first. do that **** later. if you put 18's on your car you will slow it down considerably.

get a chip, get an exaust/cai and then do the bling bling

Not sure about the wheels question, but as far as suspension goes, go with a coilover setup. Someone the other day was pricing koni's for like 800 for all four. Thats a great deal, and the koni's are nice coilovers. But regardless of what brand, coilovers are a much better way to go versus a lowering kit, because the ride height is adjustable, and the shocks/spring combination is already matched up for you.

get some wheels...such a big difference, just got mine last year and real happy with em
if youv had your car for awhile do something new to the appearence.
oh and hopefully you have at least sports suspension or else your gonna have to lower it for sure after you get wheels

chip ~ $495
exhaust ~ (if just buy an aftermarket muffler i.e. borla, remus etc) then go to a muffler shop and get them to custom fab a 2.5 in exhaust system from cat back ~$350
drop in K&N filter ~ $50

good to go 50+ more hp
then go wheels suspension etc. the b7 rs4 in 18's are HAWT on b5's i am actually looking into a set right now. ~$1000 before tire

Not true, borla is very nice.

A borla catback is stainless steel all the way, and will never rust.

If you go custom, the piping isn't stainless. Its cheaper, but you get what you pay for. It will rust and need replaced someday.

I have the borla setup, it is a very nice exhaust. I highly reccomend it.
