Default PROBLEM WITH HEATED SEATS

As winter is approaching and its starting to get cold, i turned my driver side heated seats on and just the sides got warm, not hot. after a couple days, the heated seats don't get warm anymore. What could be the problem. I checked the fuse and its not blown. The passengers side works fine. Could it be that the heater core is blown. How could i fix it.

The heater coil can and does break which causes a short. It will either cause it not to work anymore, or it will burn through the seat and light your *** on fire... VW is recalling Passats for this problem, Im not sure why Audi has not issued a recall.... Same damn parts/problem.

Yep! Many people will put their knee on the seat while reaching over to grab somthing on the passenger side. That can break the coil, an lead to a burnt seat and ***(me)[:@]. Just be happy there isin't a burn hole in your seat and jeans........yet.
