Hi folks! I'm sifting through my wife's car records and have found out that the H&R shocks and springs that she has WERE INSTALLED 100K MILES AGO! So I don't know much about H&R shocks, do you guys still think they're good or are they most likely shot? She does mostly highway driving.

 

if it still rides good they should be ok, you could change the shocks, i thing the springs will last longer than the car.

 

Spring good. Shocks probably due for replacement.

 

Push down at each corner of the car. Check how long
the oscillation lasts. It should not last more than one
cycle.
