just bought an aftermarket deck for my 1998 audi a4 w/bose. i went to best buy and got all of the parts that i needed as told to me by the salesman, got home, wired everything up, put the deck in and am only getting sound out of the front left speaker. i went online to check what the problem could be and from what ive been reading people have said that since i have the bose system i need the metra 70-1787 wiring harness pictured here: Metra 70-1787 EnfigCarStereo.com


the wiring harness that they gave me at best buy looks the same as that except it didnt come with the red connector... so my question is do i just need to have the red connector and i will be all set? another thing is there are four connectors coming off of the red piece (gray,white,blue purple) where do those go? on the back off the sony deck that i bought there are only two slots where those would go(red and white) ill post pictures if needed..thanks
