2x 12inch Subs
 

I have 2 12 inch subs one kenwood and one alpine type r i am interested in installing them and i dont know what kinda of amp to buy. im pretty newb to all stereo equipment. any advice would be useful. I dont know what amp to buy along with how much power i need.

You can't mix 2 kinds of subs. They have different frequencies, require different sized boxes, require different amounts of power, etc. It'll sound like a pile of crap, seriously.

Sell the kenwood.

Haha thanks for beating me to it keltic... yeah, mixing 2 subs is what you see in a 1990 cavalier... not cool.
