So i get a weirds 4 "beeps" when i start my car, sound like the "error" beeps but my system is ok, no CEL or any other warning lights. Could this have to do with getting my ECU APR reprogrammed last week?

Otherwise everything is running fine, Any ideas?

 

Most likely the battery backup for the alarm telling you it is week.
