You won't hurt your turbo by running k03 software on a k04.
You simply won't be able to take advantage of the k04 though.

 

Thanks for everything but still ! Why am i loosing boost - and is the turbo supposed to be loud. Plus !! for me to get my boost back all i have to do is to shut off the car and started again, its getting anyoing ?????

Well if your able to turn off your car and it comes back it would be a software issue.

u would hear a loud noise if u had an exhaust leak. all turbos will make noise but what kind are u talking about
