Default A4 2.0 Turbo CEL Need Help in Vegas

I recently got a CEL.
2006 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo 31,000 mi.
Car has a stutter/stall when trying to excelerate; in any gear, always when I try to get on the gas. Recently had the car almost stall, it went into a very rough idle; it would not resume a regular idle until I shut it off and re-started. Drove it to Auto Zone, still has Stutter/stall.
I took the car to Auto Zone and they got 3 error codes.

P0300:
The PCM has determined that multiple random misfires have occured.
It gave me 4 possable causes:
1. Ignition sys fault-sparkplugs, ignition wires, coil
2. Vac. leak
3. Injector fault
4. High or low fuel pressure

P0301
The PCM has determined that a misfire has occured in cylinder 1.
Gave same 4 cuases as above.

P0303
The PCM has determined that a misfire has occured in cylinder 3.
Gave same 4 causes as above.

Where do I go from here? I am borrowing this car and the owner is out of the country. I can not afford to spend alot of $. I appreciat your help and advise.
Thanks

I had them codes before, What fixed my problem was my injectors. They were dirty with build up crap so i got some Lucas and pored it into my gas tank and it fixed my misfire problem. But you are on the dot about what to check, it could be your injecters or it could be something else...but the list they provided seems worthy, just get them checked because of course it has something to do with your combustion process.

For me it was p0306 " The PCM has determined that a misfire has occured in cylinder 6" and like 2 more other cylinder's and i though it could of been something expensive that i would have to do but it was something simple...

The car is still under warranty have the Audi dealer take a look at it. Warranty period is 4 years or 50000 miles.
