Guys, Im going crazy here. I traded my sti for a 2005 a4 3.0 6m with the ultra sport package...looks sick. The only problem now is getting this whale up par with the sti. I know PES makes a supercharger for this car...I've contacted them but I havent seen any dyno plots yet.

Can anyone point me in the right direction...links to mods ??

I want to lower it too ...

Ohhh, the front suspension has been squeaking sinde I took it out of the dealership.

Why'd you trade in the STI? If you are really addicted to boost you should have
stuck with what you had. The STI is an incredible car.

 

Well, the sti was indeed a great car. It was JUST PURE PERFORMANCE. As one gets older one wants a little more refinement and luxury... I didnt go for the S4 because theres no room in the engine bay to work on and its normally aspirated. I got the a4 with ultrasport package because it just really looks sick...dolphin grey .

But yeah, the sti was a fun car but it was just...I dunno...I out grew it I suppose.

You'd hear everything on the road. The difference in interiors is 4x night and day....

 

Well, the 3.0 is NA as well. You most likely will not be able to get the 3.0 up to the STI's standards unless you put some serious green into the project. Even then I'm not sure. The supercharger is one of the very few mods you can do with the 3.0L. Other than that..exhaust..chip(although you'll only get like 6hp from the chip).

If you're suspension has been squeeking, take your car back to the dealer and get it checked out. You should be under warranty...don't take "its fine" for an answer either..nothing should be squeeking on your new car cept maybe for those brand new tires on some smooth surfaces.

Uhhh, where did you get this information ???? I've only read about people speculating only ~320 at the crank. If what you say its true then Im down for itcuz my sti was putting down 271hp at the wheels and 306TP at the wheels asuming a 25% drivetrain loss which would put it at ~340hp at the crank.... less than what you claim this pes g3 supercharger will put me at

i say just get a 1.8t and boost it up cause that engine has more potenial then the 3.0
