A4 ABS Module Removal

Hey guys, I found out today that my ABS module is completely shot, and I'm looking at $750 to buy a new one and have it installed. However, I found a working used ABS module for 110 on ebay so I took a shot and bought it. My question is whether or not the ABS module can be easily uninstalled and replaced, and if anyone has seen a tutorial online somewhere of how to do so. Also, as far as calibration goes, will I need any kind of special equipment to calibrate the new module once it is put it? Thanks in advance for all the help!

RE: A4 ABS Module Removal

heh i just had the same thing happen to my car...brought it in to the dealership and was estimated at $950. im going to check out www.modulemaster.com and try it out...it looks pretty legit. only reason i wouldnt buy from ebay is because you could be buying another faulty module.
