DV recirculates (Diverter Valve)
BOV releases the air into the atmosphere...not back into the car (Blow-Off Valve) (makes a 'cool' pssssssssssssssssst noise)

ohhhh alright, ya i knew the BOV made that psssssss sound. but wouldnt that get annoying after awhile?

i would think so. an upgraded DV would be enough for me to hav the turbo noise... a BOV would be just as annoying to me as the exhaust system Campbells makes
