the a4 18t has forged internals stock, u can run up to 375 hp safely

 

stock has a cast crank and i believe they are cast rods. I have one sitting on my desk hear and I can see the casting seem. I will by buying scat rods within the next couple days, and keeping the stock forged pistons and stock forged crank. the only real week point is the rods, but if you an 00 or newer you need to buy new pistons because there arent any rods made for 19mm wrist pins. The aeb motor had pistons with 20mm wrist pins which is what aftermarket rods are made for
