Here's the link to the seller that I bought mine from. These guys were outstanding to work with.

They have a few different versions available, and the price ($75.95 + $19.50 ship) was the best I found on eBay when I bought mine 2 weeks back.
From the time I ordered until the time it hit my doorstep was less than 5 days.
I've had to ship one of these spoilers back to someone and the shipping charge came to $17.98, so I don't have a problem with Delsa charging $19.50 at all.
some sellers charge up to $55 (!!!!) for shipping.

See that what im taking about, alot of the lip spoilers are fukin tiny this ones got some meat to it i like it, How is the strnght of the bond can u use it to open teh trunk and not worry??
