I'm curious and fairly new with the Audi A4, 2011 model year.

Almost every new car owners manual tells ya' not to use any gas additives. I've always used Seam Foam or Star Tron fuel additive in our Subarus, Jeep, and Harley Davidson bike.

Anyone out there use fuel additives and if you do which brand?

I have used sea foam in my 2008. Run some through about every 6 months or so.

Yes, mine is a true s-Line (meaning it has the suspension, steering wheel, and door sill plates). In 2008 all cars received the front and rear end treatments.
