My 2003 A4 3.0 has started slipping and not going into gear when it's in automatic. Seems to drive ok when in TipTronic mode. The car has 94,000 miles on it. Only code reading is P0421.

I know that it is a sealed system for the transmission fluid, but is there some way for me to check the fluid myself??
