Anybody else love this thing? Damn... I am car shopping, and will likely stay in the Audi family... but I keep coming back to these TL's and drooling. It's a good thing they weren't AWD.... or I'd be very, very torn.

 

I've driven 2. Even on the highway they don't feel like 270hp.

Yeah 270 hp... the new ones are rated at 258, wierd eh?
V-tec is gay like that though... they don't feel powerful unless you drive the living snot out of them.

 

I don't like how they have that bubble look to them, they look like the old Dodge Neon's to me.......

What about the Infinity M45?
I drove one recently..... very nice.

 

Other than the Z-cars... I've never been a fan of nissan! Well... skylines are cool, too.

I don't know, I want something cleaner... more mature I guess. The TL is very subtle... and I like that, I think!
Course, I think I'll end with a B5 S4... less subtle... but very clean! Haha

 

nice.... i have a friend that has an 05 tl. i like it, although it is true they don't feel like they have 270 hp. after all my b6 a4 non quattro, kept up and i ended up beating him on a straight away. so yeah style is nice, comfort is great, but speed, not to good. plus the fact that he has over $18000 worth of audio equipment in it doesn't really help anything either.

 

why did they do that i wonder, i guess it didnt pass emssions or they lied about the HP or they lost their minds

 

Uhhh...actually I was at the '06 AutoShow in Portland and if I'm not mistaken..there's a new TL w/ AWD. It was some Special Edition TL with a body kit and stuff...same AWD as the RL.

Oh...and they claim their AWD is the best AWD system..over Audi...we all know that's a bunch of B.S.!!!!

 

awd and the reliability of a honda wow Im sold...wait the only awd honda product is super exspensive.
