Advice on Diagnosis of Error Codes

First, I had my car diagnosed and he found that my boost valve was not operating properly.
The fault code displayed is "04EE/BOOST VALVE OPEN(open) PRESSURE CONTROL".
Apparently it does not always activate on demand. I have been told by mechanic to replaced the boost valve. Has this ever happened to anyone else here before?

Second, the indicator under the speedometer flashes "OIL" everytime I start the car.
I changed my oil 5,000 kilometers ago so I find it strange for this light to turn on. Oil level seems fine, color is dark brown but not too dark. Could this be a sign of oil sludge in the engine? How do I check for this?

Third, when I left my car parked in 30degree celsius heat and came back after several hours, the car started weakly and idled below 1,000 rpm and promptly died. This happened 2 more times until i floored the gas upon starting to keep the engine alive. I changed my spark plugs, battery and oil 4 months ago. Why is this happening?

Finally, my key reader does not always recognize my key when I start the car.
The error code displayed is "463A-ENGINE CONTROL UNIT DISABLED/ALARM".
The immobilizer light flashes when i insert the key. What could be causing this problem?

Any advice on the following matters is greatly appreciated.

Year and model would help. So would posting the actual code number, either Pxxxx or the full 5 digit code if you use a vagcom.

Whenver it's really cold and I start my car up for the first time, it idles a little above 1k RPM, then once it warms up, it's consistent @ 900 RPM at idle.

Isn't that normal?

Its a 1998 Audi A4 1.8T FWD. AEB engine.

I'm afraid I don't have a VAG-COM. This was done at a garage that happens to have a VAG-COM and these are the codes I was given.

When the car was started in temperatures approaching 38 degrees Celsius, it would start, idle roughly below 1,000, fall to 500 RPM and die. It seems as if the engine wasn't getting fuel or couldn't sustain combustion.

That's the extent of my observations. I hope the additional details help.

900 rpm is good for idle
