96-99.5 n-dbw years is aeb, 2000 is atw, 2001 is awm. 2000 stars dbw.

The head on AEB has larger intake ports which will flow better. I dont see it as much as a problem unless you plan on pushing over 400whp. Mike on AZ i believe has never swapped heads and is pushing 380-400whp and has alot more in it.

IMO this would be a pretty worthless mod.

IF you were going to do the swap I would swap the whole engine and you would need the ECU too.

I can only give you data on the UK models unfortunately but it seems a worthless job if the bottom end cant produce the hp

Mike is running a ported AEB head, so he has switched and upgraded.

You dont need the higher flow unless you go BT, though the bigger head may give you better top end on your puny k03

Gavins 12.0 would be slower once you use a correction to bring his adjusted alt back to sea level.
I have ran 12.3 at 114 mph while runnng half throttle. That was with the chip tune, I am now running stand alone.
LOL, I run a stock AEB head and a stock AEB manifold so I dont know what you are even talking about.

Unless he's lying, to make himself feel better.
