traditionally weve been having our socal gtg's in OC area - its central where pPl are coming from...
Panda from LA & me from Riverside, then you got the hardcore SD types (aka Nam)
I dunno about Ortega - it is on the way home for me - but Ive had some rough times on that thing.. bad traffic
if u get behind a dumptruck / slow minivan... motorcycles going on the wrong side of the road..
its got a pretty bad rep for lots of deaths too - [:'(]

so whats the official date and time on this? location? my next three months are pretty booked because of the wedding closing in so if i'm free i'll be there!

It's too bad the old El Toro Marine Base is still patrolled regularly.....
There are some great tight curves, straightaways, and corners on the base.
Trying to think of an alternate location, but nothing's coming to mind, it's so
crowded in OC it's hard to find a road where you can "get on it" and not have to worry about slow drivers or cops.

Manic Monday
Every monday nights 7:30PM - ???PM in the Sams Club parking lot behind Arbys @ 931 N Milliken Ave. Just north of the 10 freeway. Focusing on watercooled VW / Audi. Hoping to make this a regular thing.
PLEASE no burnouts, racing, or excessively loud music in parking lot.
Had a great turnout this week - over 20 cars! Not bad for week #2! I'm going to have a "sign in" sheet next week, so I can let people know when we plan special events. You know, BBQ's, etc. I'll be updating the web site really soon!

hey, maybe we can meet on the 30th, normal time, then do our canyon runs, then hop over to Denny's later in the day. hee heee...... yeah....... i know.... lil too much for one day.
