Hey team, I've been searching the net for weeks trying to find information about installing an after market stereo in my 1997 A4 Avant, but can't find a thing! I've been thinking about doing it myself because I've done a couple of installs in my previous cars, but not too sure about how to tackle this one, any thoughts?

There are Audi "keys" that make it pretty easy. As for the pinouts, just buy the adapter, that way you can swap it back out easily if you sell the car. My deck failed on me and I looked all over the place fr a double DIN and couldn't find anything except for online. I know Pioneer and Kenwood both make double DIN decks, just never found one to actually look at.
