All gear indicator lights are on.
 

Ok, I have a 98 a4 2.8. It drives great, but this afternoon I spent a couple hours detailing the inside and had all the doors open. When I went to start it, all the gear indicator lights were on. P through 2. What does that mean and what can I do to reset it? It's driving fine I think.
