Another Idle ?
 

After I got chipped, I have noticed that when I start the car with the engine cold (1st startup of the day) the rpm's dont go above 1000. Its like theres no "choke"... Normaly it should idle closer to 2k rpm and settle down as it warms up as most cars do. So again, on a cold/first start of the day, it idles as if it is already warmed up around or a little below 1krpms. Anyone know anything about this?

Could this be because of a bad 02 sensor or Cat?????
