Does anyone have one and can explain me how it works do you also have to buy the programs to install them on your ecu or just these because I have the apr chip with stock and 91 octane programs http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...productID=1109and if you put a new program with these in the car its kind of like tuning it right ?
