Does anyone know where I can get a new factory armrest for my 2000 A4 1.8t quattro. I just need a new top piece, the leather is comingoff of mine and I finally figured out how to get it out, now I just need a new one.

 

i would say the best bet is a local junk yard, see what around your area, other then that the dealer is going to be expensive, or you can try ebay.. see if they have anything.. but i would call your local used car parts dealers or junk yards..

You sure there is no way to repair it?? If its just coming out from the seam under the "lid" id try to find a way to repair it if its not torn.
