Please Help, I own a beautiful 1.8tq which has never had any trouble, however last week the car began to take twice as long to start. Once started she runs as normal. I have changed the coolant temp sender and the maf and the problem persists. I have noticed that when warm the car puffs blackish smoke on start up. I have no cel or any stored codes.

Sounds like youre running rich. Could be a lazy 02 sensor or boost leak.. But i would think if it got to the point where you are putting out smoke there would be at least a CEL. If you dont have access to vag com to do logs, start with replacing your plugs.
