Audi A4 2.0 TDI '08 left turn droning/groaning noise
I wonder if anyone can help me, I have been banging my head against a brick wall over a droning noise at low speeds when I turn the wheel in motion, more pronounced on a left hand turn. But never stationary. I have had both wheel bearings changed and there is plenty of power steering fluid.
The noise is noticeable on a fairly sharp left turn, I can't give up left turns, and I can't ignore it, any ideas?

First thought is to check your CV joints and drive shafts. Usually if a CV is going bad if you turn the wheel sharply and back the car up you will hear a clicking noise. Worth looking into.
Another item to check is your engine mounts. I have read that when they go bad it can cause some weird noises while driving.
