My antifreeze is leaking so fast out of my 2004 audi a4 1.8t quatro. the coolant light cam on on sunday and i filled it. the light was back on on friday with almost no antifreeze left. when I run my car a huge puddle of antifreeze can be seen after a minute
I can see it dripping from the spot where I posted in the attached picture. (power steering belt/ pully?) If anyone has a clue where my leak is coming from let me know thanks

 

Your water pump is failing and it's dripping down around your crank shaft. I would recommend not driving your car as it will overheat, causing tremendous damage if the water pump were to totally fail and allow the coolant to rapidly escape while driving.

Time to invest some big bucks into your A4 if you're not up to doing the work on your own. We're here to help if you need guidance / further advice.

 

not to mention the money your waisting on coolant, trying to refil it to drive!
