looks like the oetinger front bumper though the left and right openings are changed then
and he added some lip under it

btw are those sideskirts on your car Votex sideskirts ?
they seem to look different if i look at the car in your sig

 

i have oettinger side skirts

but the ones in the pics u posted are VOTEX sides
