I need the original program for an Audi A4 1.8L NON TURBO of the 2000.</P>


The ECU number is:</P>


8D0 906 018 Q</P>


0 261 206 318</P>


and it uses a 29F400</P>


Does anyone have it? or do you know who can help me?</P>

Im not quite sure what your askin for you mean the ECU or the program in the ECU?

 

you need the ECU flashed? or do you want the ECU as well? You may need to make a visit to your dealer for that.

 

I need the program of the ECU, which is stored in a 29F200 memory.</P>


The problem is that the ECU has a modified one (chip) but it´s failing, when I accelerate the car it cuts, so I want to install the original file. I buy the car with the chip, so I haven´t the stock program.</P>


I´m sure the problem is the chip because last owner says me that the problem began when he installed the modified one.</P>

ah i see.

a non-turbo 1.8 ECU chip may be hard to find, man. Especially in the US or Canada. We are all turboed 1.8s here.

You will most likely have to get a chip with the program on it and have it soldered into your ecu - some aftermarket chips cannot be reflashed except by the original tuner.

Do you know who made the original chip software you got with the car? You might want to contact them and ask them if they have any ideas.

 

yeah or you might try across the pond in europe they getz the non turbos there might find a whole ECU for cheap money.....
