audi boost drop

Default audi boost drop
i just got my boost gauge installed, when i drive and hit like 4500 rpm my boost drops off from about 6 psi, is this right ?

Your waist gate is just opening so ur turbo wont blow its all natural

its natural. im runing 17psi and i hit max boost around 5 grand then the waist gate opens and i drop to 10psi. it keeps your turbo from over spooling and blowing up

dosent sound right it should hold boost all the way, loose boost pressure loose horsepower

its normal mine drops off at about 4 or 5psi sometimes 6psi

u are gonna chip the car rite cause there not really a reason for a boost gauge on stock boost
