Default Audi Quality?

I'm an Audi owner for 2 years now, and being a typical woman, I don't really know much details about cars...Just like to drive them and drive them fast!
I discovered 2 things while cleaning my car after I returned from my vacation. [&:]
(1) The thin skin layer of the "ESP" button near the radio started to bubble and eventually started to peel. If this happened to 1 button, it could happen to all.
-->Possible root cause: The humidity we've been getting these past weeks, temperatures reaching upper 90's.
(2) The rear right passenger radio speaker grill got punctured. What material is it made of? Radio still sounds good though.
-->Possible root cause: Being the nice volunteer that I am during work lunch, I drive often for lunch. And during rainy days, my co-workers bring their umbrellas with them. It's a possibility that one of their umbrellas punctured my radio speaker, because that's the only times that I have passengers in my car.
Moreover, I think that my warranty will replace the "ESP" button for free. What I'm really worried about is the speaker. Has anybody had this happen? How much is it to get this fixed / replaced? Where can I go to get it repaired? What do you guys think of the overall Audi quality? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

We all like audi's otherwise we wouldn't own them. The quality is good but not Honda or Toyota like. the cars will last a long time if you do routine maintenance. The button should be replaced underwarranty. Not sure whether they would do the speaker, probably consider it wear and tear.

The grill cover is just cosmetic, but you don't say anything about the car's year. The grill doesn't come off separately. You have to remove the rear seat and side bolsters, remove the child seat hooks and then pull out the entire rear shelf.

Probably now worth the cost of the labour.

The button could be a result of using a harsh chemical to clean it.. if your using any chems dont... just use warm water on a damp cloth
