Hey guys,

In the past few days, this has happened two or three times:

I'm driving (doesn't matter if it's the highway or a side street), and all of the sudden, the "ABS" light and the "Brake" (which usually only comes on when I use the parking brake) light on the dashboard (right in the spedometer) start flashing and there's a beeping sound. Then, after about a second, it stops, and everything seems fine. Has anyone run into this before, or know what it is, cause I don't have a freakin clue, but if it has to do with the brakes not working properly, then it's something I should probably pay attention to, no??

my guess is u need to change ur front pads bc they electronic sensors in them when they get low. so id check that out.

 

Do you have a VAG to see which specific code is throwing your lights?

Could be an ABS wheel speed sensor.
Could be a bad ABS module
