belt and pully problem

Default belt and pully problem
I was wondering if anyone here knows anything on BMWs one of my friends is having a problem with this 325i the belt system is wobbing and griding i know the best idea is to take it to the shop but is there a quicker solutuion thanks

check for any loose idler pulleys that might be a possibilty
