I have a 01' A4 and want to install a boost gauge. I want something that will match my gray interior and was wondering if you guys have any suggestions. I am looking at APR's solid ventgauge mainly b/c I think that AWE's splitvent look will look bad b/c it only comes in black and mine are gray. Does anyone have the APR vent gauge installed with gray interior? Any pictures or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

awe tuning has a platinum color gauge pod that i believe matches the gray interior, thats your best gauge, just got mine fully installed today!

I just checked awe's website and they don't offer the platinum color for 01' model a4.

 

why don't you paint it the awe gauge?

 

I have never painted interior parts before. If I painted the vent gauge would it match the other vents perfectly?

 

If the base color is black, it will be hard to match as if the base color were white.
I think it will be okay as long as the color goes with the interior, it doesn't have to match (unless you really want it to match).
