Default Bunch of CEL codes. P0411 + P1128 + P0300 + P0303 + P0304/

I just took my car to the mechanic and i made him read a code that was there about 3 months ago. To my surprise there were a lot more... It's an AUDI A4 1.8T Quatro. It's a 1999.5 with 180km on it.
These are the codes listed:
P0411 - Secondary Air Injection System (B2) - Incorrect Flow B
- I have no idea to even know what to look for in order to fix this.
P1128 - Long Term Fuel Trim - System too Lean (Bank 1) B
Try1: I understand that I would have to look for any leaks in the vaccum hoses.
Try2: Clean the air filter
Try3: Replace MAF.
Try?: Any other ideas?
P0300 -Random Misfire Detected - Any Cylinder B
Try1: Replace all the spark plugs
Try?: What else should I look for?
P0303/P0304 - Cylinder #3 - Misfire Detected A or B / Blink- Cylinder #4 - Misfire Detected A or B / Blink
Try1: Hope the above to fix this too.
Try?: Any other ideas?
Any help will be much appreciated.

For the misfire try changing/switching the coil packs around. If it follows the coilpack then you need new ones.

For the P0411 code i'm thinking of trying this, anyone ever tried this method?

It seems that the hose is being flattened, so I'm thinking about replacing it just like in the pictures. Any one else have any ideas why this should/should not fix it?
