I also have a question about the radio..I might have been hallucinating from sheer excitement of driving an ultrasport, but I think it said Audi Concert. Is this single CD or 6 CD? Was concert even an option? I found a website called "Ti-Kan," which offers an Audi radio resource that claims the Concert system was only put into TTs.

I believe all B6's come with a 6 CD Changer in the dash. correct me if i'm wrong.

There is a possibility that someone ordered that car and went for the Concert head unit when selecting custom options...

Even less likely, that the former owner (if there was one) bought a second Audi as a replacement and swapped head units...

Perhaps a dealership employee made a swap???

Who cares--it gives you a great reason to put your own double-din DVD unit in.

You guys are scaring the **** out of me.

Dan, I know it is an ultrasport because it has the paddle shifters and perforated leather wheel.

Ultrasport & Firewire, maybe someone swapped it?

Flarika, what is a double din DVD unit?

I was thinking maybe buying a Symphony II head unit and putting it in. How much do they generally cost..used? Also, what are my other options as far as putting OEM Audi/VW equipment in? I really don't want to put an aftermarket head unit in. I was also thinking about buying a $60 6CD changer off of eBay and just plugging it in in the trunk.

ALSO --- Forgot to ask about this. The spare wheel is a 17" sport wheel (5 spoke). Lol. What's up with this?

Oh yea....eddier - The guy told me that I am getting a huge, huge deal because he's been selling his ultrasports that come through for 21k+. When I tried offering even $19,000 even, I was basically scoffed at, so I just said **** it and only pushed for the $200 discount because it is missing a switchblade. Remember, it does have 44k miles on it and only has a few months remaining on the factory warranty.

It also doesn't have bose or xenon. I'm not sure about premium or cold weather packages.

I am going to be a member of the Ultrasport club in ~4 hours! I am PSYCHED!

does it have actual paddle shifters of the shifter buttons on the steering wheel? paddle shifters would be behind the steering wheel and I believe audi did not start putting those on until 2006 or 2007

yeah you have the multi-fun ction steering wheel I'd be surprised if you had paddle shifters on an autotragic, those are a DSG thing.

+1 I am starting to have doubts as well as to whether or not it actually is a USP! You might want to do your homework before buying.

You know, a thing called a VIN check goes a LONG way... and they only cost $24.99 through carfax.com. Genius.
