ok...you see that Y pipe vacuum hose with a broken plastic valve on pictures 1 and 2?
that goes to where you see the T fitting set up on picture 3
and the comparison picture on picture 4...it has that Y hose with the valve and i placed it right next to where the "temporary T fitting patch" is.

Is that called a purge valve?

ALSO....

I went and started to further look into it and to see if the timing belt has come loose or what not. It seems to be in normal tension and belt teeth still looks pretty good. I don't see any cracking or damage or anything loose or slipping from what I can see. I took some pics to maybe help.

its a one way vacuum valve from the purge valve so now the air is going to the wrong places whats called back feed problem, you need to replace it and the problem should be solved

If it is the grey and black valve it is a one way vacuum valve. Cost is about 15 to 20 dollars from the dealer. The EVAP purge vavle is on top of the airbox and has electrical connections and the vacuum line going to it. I don't think however that that is the cause of the problem. VW or Audi dealer should have it in stock.

ANOTHER UPDATE =x
alright the purge valve i bought came in and YUP its a purge valve. The only problem is that IT IS NOT THE PART I NEED[:@] I guesss david999 was right. It is just a one way vacuum valve that I needed. What a waste of money and time. I will call the dealer for the vacuum valve. But ANYWAYS...

I decided to put the car back together today to crank it and see how it goes. The motor seems to have no compression. I would crank it and the RPM gauge wouldnt even move. The car has been open and sitting for a week in the garage. It is all covered up and clean to make sure nothing can get in the motor and parts. I checked the battery and it has 12.1V on it before cranking. Not sure if the motor is done for, just been sitting a while, or the battery is weak. But I went ahead and ran compression anyways. THE RESULTS ARE HEARTBREAKING[&o]

1)30
2)30
3)40
4)60

SO I DUNNO IF THE MOTOR IS JUST DONE FOR OR WHAT. PLEASE HELP...THIS IS STARTING TO BE A CRAPPY DAY.

Please reply and let me know if anyone has any ideas or what not. Thanks again guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.

RE: ANOTHER UPDATE =x
weak battery will give poor compression reading so I would discard those results

RE: ANOTHER UPDATE =x
i sure hope so...ill do another compression test later today with a running car's battery connected to mine with a jumper cable...and ill do test then...but either way...when you crank the motor...the rpm should jump up wouldnt it? even by just a little.
