in advance, any help appreciated.

the battery in my 2002 A4 was replaced just two months ago. (also control module if that can be at all related). yesterday the car started four times thoughout the day, each time barely. it cranks (wheezy and slow, waah, waah, waah, waah) and then barely catches and starts. no warning lights lit. at end of the day, it startsonce completelynormally (cranks once and then immediate turn over). this morning starts as normal.

 

How are the contacts? Sounds like it might be a crappy connection.

 

im almost 100% positive its a fuel pressure regulator. my car did the exact same thing and thats what it was.
