it wasn't that gel we used...

i used some kind of armorall stuff for my interior. it was actually a spray of some kind.


it was my friend's. i'll try to find out the name of it.

I wouldnt use the Armorall wipes.. in your interiour have only heard negative things about it,... that it can actually damage the interiour.. I was referring to the new car wash product they have out
Hmm...I used the armorall interior wipes on my dash and lower door panels this weekend....I'll report back later on any ill effects. So far it looks fine. A friend of mine has been using and suggested.

The damage the armorall causes is not immediate... it will affect your dash over time, as it allows UV rays to discolor your stuff. Best bet is to find another brand... like mothers or meguiars. I usually dont like their stuff, but its not bad for interior products. You can rest assured that their product will have tonnes of UV stabalizers and whatever else is requird to protect your stuff.

i was thinking about the 323i, but the b6 a4 just won me over.
Smart choice.
I like clean black cars, it looks very nice.
Oh well.... I need to clean mine too. Maybe this Sunday....

yep - ArmorAll is bad. Mainly because it contains silicates. The silicone will dry out rubber, vinyl and leather over time, causing discoloring and cracking.

Use Lexol for your interior.

I don't see any point in using any chemicals on the dash. I just wet a towel and wipe it down. Those dash products leave residue that only attract more dust.
